Cost of the Weekend Per person £46 to be paid direct to Dave Stinson by cheque made payable to

All money to be received by the END OF MARCH to secure bookings.

This is a package cost and anyone arriving on Saturday, for example, still pays £46.

THIS COVERS:

The evening meal on Friday - Dave Stinson will need a list of main meal choices nearer the time.

The Friday Evening entertainment - A guitarist plays and sings and is said to be a 1st class entertainer. Although we could go out on the town first if we wish?

Saturday Breakfast and Evening meal - have requested evening meal be served at 19:00 hrs

The Disco booked for Saturday evening

Sunday breakfast, vacate rooms by 1000 hrs.

A coach trip has been planned, leaving the hotel @ 10:00 on Saturday morning. The trip will be from the hotel, across the moor. Probably stopping at Prince Town to see Dartmoor Prison then on to Plymouth. Stopping for lunch at a 'licenced' restrauant at sea level under Plymouth Hoe. We will then take the scenic rout back to the Hotel, arriving back at approx. 16.30 to 17.00

IT WILL SOON BE TOO LATE - The hotel can't hold these rooms forever

We now have only 74 bookings for 40/42 we would still like to hit 100. The hotel confirms that there are 7 Twin Bedded rooms left. If fully booked this will bring the total to 99. A contingency plan will ensure that others who book after that can stay in nearby accommodation, which Dave Stinson will sort out. However, the "Seascape Hotel" can only accommodate 105 for dinner.So if you are still planning to attend, don't leave it too late.

The date(s) being 16th - 17th May. This is the nearest date available to the 26th of May enabling the accommodation of a large party such as ours.
The whole package is based on at least 60 bookings and consists of two nights accomodation (Fri & Sat) with breakfast and evening meal.

The Hotel is a few minutes from Torquay sea front and town centre (500 yds). 49 Double rooms, with en-suite facilities are available and the hotel has a sauna room along with a solarium. Good parking facilities exist at the hotel with a secure garage on a first come first served basis.
